We send all of our Internet orders to you by external carriers.

All our products are checked for breakages prior to packing and despatch. We wrap all our products extremely carefully, well aware of how fragile they are!
If you receive broken goods we apologise! We ask that you contact us immediately and we will send replacement lamps free of charge as soon as we receive the original goods in return from you.

We guarantee to refund completely or replace any normal stock product that you return to us in its originally packaged form within 7 days of the purchase date. We do not mind whatever reason you have, so long as you are satisfied with what you buy from us!
